How can we use Sarpagandha Powder to prevent these side effects?

According to Ayurvedic Principles, each medicine should be used according to underlying Dosha and Ayurvedic Body Type. Generally, the most of side effects of Sarpagandha Powder are reported in people with Pitta Body Type. Intrinsically, Sarpagandha Powder is moderately hot and increases Pitta Dosha. It pacifies Vata Dosha and reduces Kapha Dosha. Therefore, Intrinsically, it is the most suitable herb for people with Vata Body Type and Kapha Body Type.

As we discussed above, we require using Sarpagandha Powder according to ayurvedic principles to prevent side effects and for a better efficacy in the management of hypertension. In Ayurveda, Sarpagandha is a main ayurvedic medicine for high blood pressure.

Ayurveda introduces the concept of adjuvants and supportive medicines, which enhance the action of the main herb. In addition, these adjuvants prevent the side effects.
